This is the third house I have had built in my lifetime and I have never had a better experience than with Tom Allison and TAP Home Builders. For most of the project we were under budget and ahead of schedule. The final price was exactly as written in the contract, excluding upgrades and additions that I made during construction. The job site was always neat and clean and his employees are professional, friendly and helpful. Tom was easy to work with and responsive to any concerns I might have. He always did what he said he would do and he did it in the timeframe he said he would. In my professional career I had to deal with many dishonest, shady, and incompetent contractors and it was very refreshing to find an honest and competent builder.
