 I have been a licensed contractor since 1980 and I work well with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and employees. I am convinced of the importance of being personally on the job working with my staff and supervising the work. We believe in quality, honesty and doing the best we can. When I’m not working, I like to sail, play golf and cook.

The Process

After I visit your property and we discuss what your hoping to do, I make recommendations and together we can come up with some really good ideas. Then I take the rough plan and transfer it onto my 3D program. While I do charge a fee for my design work, you will receive credit if the job is contracted with me. I also provide a budget that includes my time and material costs as well as my charge for profit. If you decide to contact another builder these materials remain yours and can become very valuable in your future plans.
